Shipping Destinations

Uniqfind ships to most countries, excluding Nicaragua, Cuba, Belarus, Iran, North Korea, Kosovo, Russia, Syria, Sudan and Somalia. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Processing Times
Orders are estimated to be processed between 1-4 business days, starting from the following day after the order was placed. Please note, we ship Monday through Friday 9-5pm EST. This excludes weekends and major holidays.

DHL Shipping
Our processing time for orders placed with DHL shipping service is 1-3 business days, starting from the following day after the order was placed. We do not refund shipping fees when orders have been fulfilled within the above timeline and/or if carrier delays have occurred. 

Canadian Shipping
For the standard shipping option, we use an expedited service that takes approximately 4-10 business days to arrive from the ship date. Express service times will vary. 

United States Shipping
For the standard shipping option, we use a fully-tracked ground shipping service that takes approximately 4-10 business days to arrive from the ship date. Please allow for at least one day for the tracking to be updated with the first scan after the order ships. Express service times will vary.

International Shipping
For the standard shipping option, we use a non-tracked air shipping service that takes an estimated 14-25 business days to arrive from the ship date. International shipping does vary in time depending on exact location. Please note, this does not include any delays experienced at customs. Express shipping times will vary.

Tracked International Shipping
If you chose a tracked international shipping option, please be aware that your package may be handed off to numerous agents or forwarders along the way or for final delivery. Please make sure to look out for links to partner agents in the main tracking page to get the most up-to-date tracking information for your shipment.

Customs, Taxes, Duties, and Tariffs 
Uniqfind is not responsible for customs, taxes, duties and tariffs. These charges are set by your country – we are not able to influence or control the rate at which you are charged. We suggest you contact your country’s customs office if you are concerned about the charges that may occur. Again, Uniqfind does not set these rates, nor do we have control over them.

Return To Sender (RTS)
If an order is returned to sender (returns to our facility) due to incorrect address, the parcel being unclaimed, or any other RTS reason, Uniqfind reserves the right to charge a re-shipment fee. If you wish to receive a refund instead, we are happy to refund the cost of the product. The shipping fee is non-refundable.

Cancelling an Order
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us at info@uniqfind.com and we'll try our best to catch the order before it ships out, however we cannot guarantee it will be caught in time. 

Important Info
Upon placing an order, Uniqfind will send two confirmation emails: the order confirmation email and the shipping confirmation email. Please be sure to check each email to ensure all information has been entered correctly at checkout.

If you notice any mistakes, please email info@uniqfind.com right away so we can attempt to correct this for you. We can only correct errors prior to shipment. If the error is not caught prior to shipment, Uniqfind reserves the right to charge a re-shipment fee.

Uniqfind is not responsible for lost shipments, or carrier delays.

Shipping Insurance

For customers who purchased Shipping Insurance, orders marked as “delivered” but not received are considered potentially stolen. To file a claim, customers can initiate the process 5 days after the delivery date to allow time for any mis-deliveries or misplaced packages to be located. All claims must be submitted within 30 days of the delivery date to ensure a timely review and resolution.

Filing a Police Report
For customers with Shipping Insurance, we may require a police report to process claims. If requested, please file a report with your local authorities, explaining that your package was protected by our Shipping Insurance and is now missing or potentially stolen. Please submit the police report PDF and reference number along with your claim.
Additional documents, such as proof of identity, a notarized statement, or address verification, may be required depending on the circumstances.
Note: Filing a false police report may be treated as a misdemeanor or felony, depending on local laws and regulations.
